The James Coviello ready-to-wear collection was launched in 2000 with a runway show during New York Fashion Week. Culling from his personal interest in the decorative arts, interior design and vintage, Coviello has an uncanny ability to tell a story through colors and textiles. Each season, he tells his tale by combining a daring palette with signature graphic prints in unexpected combinations and embellished textiles. Intricate knits and clever crochet designs add a touch of femininity and whimsy.

Located at 70 Orchard Street, on New York City's historic Lower East Side, the James Coviello Shop opened in 2009. The James Coviello Shop quickly become a favorite destination for those who share James Coviello's artistic approach to fashion. The visionary window displays often feature the personal handiwork of James Coviello, as he explores various forms of artistic expression.

In the summer of 2011, a garden was designed and constructed by James Coviello behind the shop. This previously neglected space has been transformed into a magical location that is now used for private & public events. Friends, family, and customers on our mailing list are periodically invited to join James for special events in the garden. Businesses have also used the garden as a location for their private events.
